Our food is traditional Florentine  Some
examples – we start with the very best Florentine
salami and prosciutto, accompanied by excellent
Tuscan bruschetta, and continue with the classic
“ribollita” bread and vegetable soup, followed
by pasta with hare sauce or a delicious
ragù.
 The
queen of all second courses is the Florentine steak,
and this is the right place to taste the original, but let’s
not forget the stewed beef, the fried meats,
the Tuscan roasts, or the peppery stew
of Impruneta, all of this accompanied by an excellent
selection of Tuscan and national wines.
